ITA Women's RankingsSKILLMAN, N.J. - The Northwest Missouri State tennis teams earned national and regional recognition in the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) fall rankings which were released on Monday. The Bearcat men's team finished the fall ranked No. 1 in the Central Region and earned a No. 17 National ranking. The women's team finished No. 4 in the national rankings.
The Bearcat men were well represented in both the regional and national rankings.
Romain Boissinot finished the fall ranked first in the central region and No. 27 nationally.
Alvaro Riveros was second in the region and No. 42 in the nation.
Josef Altmann was No. 12 in the regional rankings. The doubles team of Riveros and Boissinot was ranked No. 22 nationally and No. 3 in the region. Altmann and
Fin Glowick werer seeded No. 7 in the region.
On the women's side,
Camila Quesada earned a No. 4 singles rating in the region and was ranked No. 50 nationally.
Lorena Rivas Jarolim was No. 20 in singles in the central region. The doubles tandem of Quesada and
Aniek Kolen were ranked ninth in the central region in doubles.
