Iowa State Classic Schedule

A majority of the Northwest Missouri State University track and field team will travel to Pittsburg, Kansas this weekend to compete in the Gorilla Classic. Events begin at 2 p.m. on Friday and 10 a.m. on Saturday. 

Jhordan Ccope (3,000) and Karim Achengli (5,000) will go to compete in the Iowa State Classic, a mostly Division-I meet. 

Both teams are currently at their highest TFRI ranking in program history. The Bearcat men are ranked No. 7 in the nation, while the Northwest women are ranked No. 3. 

The Bearcats have two more regular season meets before the MIAA Championship Meet.
