The Northwest Missouri State soccer squad cruised to a 4-0 victory over Nebraska-Kearney Sunday afternoon.

Both teams were held scoreless in the first half. Northwest had 9 shots and held Nebraska-Kearney to 1.

The Bearcats scored the first goal of the match in the 55

Adell Gore for the goal.

Nearly 10 minutes later
Kaitlyn Case lined buried a penalty kick to put Northwest up 2-0.

Teagan Blackburn scored her 16
th career goal on a cross from
Grace Wineinger in the 73
rd minute.

Elaina Shromoff assisted
Zoie Dible on her first collegiate goal from well outside of the penalty box. Dible got a strike on the ball that carried it over the goalkeeper and into the upper left corner of the net.

Northwest topped Nebraska-Kearney in nearly all stats for the matchup. The Bearcats ended with a season high 23 shots, 14 of which were on goal. The Lopers had just 2 shots and 0 on goal.
