JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. – The Northwest Missouri State women's tennis team made it back to back victories in as many days as they defeated Missouri Western 8-1 on Tuesday, then took down Lincoln Wednesday, 9-0.
Northwest was able to take all three matches in the doubles competition and then took five out of six matches during singles play to claim the 8-1 victory over Missouri Western.
The Bearcats made it a clean sweep of Lincoln Wednesday winning all three doubles matches and all six singles matches for 9-0 win.
Northwest will head to Tahlequah, Okla. to take on Northeastern Oklahoma State Friday with the first match scheduled for a 3:30 p.m. start.
