Cunningham places 103rd at NCAA Championship

- Northwest Missouri State sophomore Wick Cunningham finished in 103rd place at the 2014 NCAA Division II Cross Country Championships on Saturday.
- The race was held at E.P. Tom Sawyer Park in Louisville, Ky.
- The field included 245 runners on the 9,560 meter course.
- Cunningham crossed the line in 32:29.6.
- Adams State had three runners in the top five to win the team championship. Tabor Stevens from Adams State won the event in 30:02.0.

Northwest Highlights
- Cunningham ran 5:45.6 in the first 1,800 meters and was at 16:29.1 at the 5,000 meter split.
- He passed the four mile marker in 21:36.9 and got to 8,600 meters in 29:59.3
