Aziz Mohammed and Drew Atkins were honored with USTFCCCA All-America accolades for their performances at the 2025 NCAA Division II Cross Country Championships.
 
All-America honorees for the 2025 NCAA Division II Cross Country season were recognized on Monday by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) following the National Championship on Saturday. Drew Atkins and Aziz Mohammed were recognized for posting top 40 individual performances.
 
Mohammed, a senior from Dunkwa-on-offin, Central, Ghana, led the Bearcats at the NCAA Division II Championships with a 13th place finish. Mohammed secured first at the Central Region Championships, clocking in at 29:53.48, earning him the second-best 10,000-meter in Northwest history. Mohammed also won the individual crown at the MIAA Championships.
 
Mohammed was named as the Central Region men's athlete of the year alongside Coach Wick Cunningham who was the Central Region men's coach of the year.
 
Atkins, a senior from Kansas City, Mo., earned his third consecutive All-America accolade with a 14th place finish at the NCAA Division II Championships. Atkins finished 34th at the 2023 NCAA Division II Cross Country Championships and 19th at the 2024 NCAA Division II Cross Country Championships. At the Central Region Champions, Atkins posted a time of 30:04.49, which earned him the fourth-best 10,000-meter in Northwest history. 
 
Both Mohammed and Atkins earned All-Region accolades with their performances at the Central Region Championships.
