Story Headlines
- The Northwest Missouri State University men's and women's tennis teams each picked up victories on Saturday against Lindenwood University in St. Charles, Mo., at the Lindenwood Tennis Complex.
- The No. 19 ranked Bearcat men's team beat the Lions, 6-3. Northwest is now 14-6 overall and 4-0 in MIAA action. Lindenwood falls to 5-12 overall and 1-3 in conference play.
- The Northwest women's team moved to 15-6 overall and 7-2 in MIAA action with a 7-2 victory over Lindenwood. The Lions are now 5-14 overall and 2-7 in conference play.
- Josef Altmann and Fin Glowick were perfect on the day. The pair won at No. 3 doubles and picked up singles wins at No. 4 and No. 5, respectively.
- Aymeric Autones won at No. 6 singles and also won at No. 2 doubles with Mauro Tete.
- Camila Quesada won at No. 1 singles and at No. 1 doubles with Lorena Rivas Jarolim. Aniek Kolen and Stephanie Mannix won at No. 3 doubles and each picked up singles victories with Kolen winning at No. 4 and Mannix at No. 5.
- The wins were career victory No. 1,004 and 1,005 for head coach Mark Rosewell.
