Story Headlines
- The Northwest Missouri State University men's and women's tennis teams each picked up wins over Southeastern Oklahoma State on Monday afternoon in Durant, Okla.
- Both teams won by scores of 5-4 on the day.
- The Northwest men, who were ranked No. 16 in the nation, defeated Southeastern Oklahoma (10-2) who was ranked No. 41 nationally to move to 7-4 on the year.
- On the women's side, the Bearcats improved to 6-3 overall while Southeastern fell to 7-4.
- The men lost 2-of-3 doubles points but rebounded to win four singles matches. Romain Boissinot, Alvaro Riveros, Fin Glowick and Hicham Azzaoui won their singles points and Josef Altmann teamed with Glowick to win at No. 3 doubles.
- The women won two points in doubles and closed out the match with three wins on the singles side. Camila Quesada, Lorena Rivas Jarolim and Stephanie Mannix all won both thier singles and doubles matches. Mannix teammed with Aniek Kolen to win at No. 3 doubles. Rivas Jarolim and Quesada won at No. 1 doubles.
- The wins were career numbers 987 and 988 for head coach Mark Rosewell.
