Cross Country: Ran the 8k course at the Fort Hays State Tiger Open in 24:35.6 (10/18).

Indoor: Appeared in four meets ... ran season-best 8:36.53 in the 3000m at the Nebraska Tune-Up (2/20) ... completed the 5000m run in 15:27.84 at the MIAA Championships (2/28).

Outdoor: Ran in three events ... topped the provisional qualifying mark in the 10,000m run at the San Francisco State Distance Carnival with a time of 30:46.12 ... ran the 1500m in 4:09.55.

2013-14
Cross Country: Ran in five events ... completed the 8k course at the Fort Hays State Open in 25:05.5 (10/12) ... ran the 10k course at the NCAA Central Region Championships in 33:23.1 (11/9).

Indoor: Appeared in five meets ... ran the 3000m in 8:38.71 to earn third place at the MIAA Indoor Championships (3/1) ... top 5000m time of 15:02.84 came at the Frank Sevigne Husker Invitational (2/8).

Outdoor: Participated in five events ... ran season-best 14:51.82 in the 5000m run at the Oregon Relays (4/18) ... completed the 10,000m run in 31:02.68 at the Washington University Invite (3/29).

2012-13
Cross Country: Finished top 15 twice in 2012... Had best finish at Fort Hays State finishing 7th with best time of the season 24:58.0... Finished 11th at the MIAA XC Championships... Placed 51st at at the NCAA DII Central Championships

Outdoor: Ran in six meets ... top 5000m time of 14:56.43 came at the Kip Janvrin Open (4/26) ... completed the 1500m in 4:07.76 at the Northwest Open (4/6) ... posted a time of 31:32.44 in the 10,000m run at the Dr. Keeler Track & Field Meet (5/10).

2011-12
Indoor: Appeared in four meets ... ran the 3000m in 8:50.42 at the NWU Invitational (1/20) ... completed the mile in 4:29.71 at the Holiday Inn Invitational (1/14).

Outdoor: Ran in five events ... opened the season with a time of 15:02.95 at the Missouri Relays (3/24) ... ran season-best 4:06.84 in the 1500m at the Jock's Nitch Northwest Open (4/7).

St. Pius X High School
Cross country state champion in 2010... qualified for the state track meet for the 3200-meter run, 1600-meter run, and 4x800-meter relay... earned all-state, all-metro, all-district, and all-conference honors for cross country... also a member of the wrestling team
