JOPLIN, Mo. - The No. 11-ranked Northwest Missouri State University volleyball team ran its win streak to give in a row with a 3-0 sweep of the Missouri Southern Lions.

Northwest won by set scores of 25-8, 28-26 and 25-16. Northwest is 11-3 overall. 

Payton Kirchhoefer led the way with 14 kills and Avery Kemp hit .611 with 12 kills to provide the offensive spark against the Lions. Kemp's .611 hitting percentage ranks as the sixth-best single-match attack percentage in a three-set match in Bearcat history.

Hallie Sidney secured seven kills and surpassed the 1,000-kill mark in her career. Sidney has collected 1,003 career kills.
