The Northwest Missouri State women's basketball team faced Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa Sunday afternoon in an exhibition matchup.

The Bulldogs defeated the Bearcats, 84-41.
 
Peyton Kelderman led Northwest in scoring with 14 points while going 4-of-7 from beyond the arc and 5-of-11 from the field.
 
Caely Kesten and Molly Hartnett each added eight points for the Bearcats.
 
The Bearcats went 6-of-6 from the free throw line as Ella Moody drained two and Hartnett knocked down four.
 
Evelyn Vazquez led Northwest in steals with three.
 
Kelsey Fields had a team-high five rebounds followed by Jayna Green with three.
 
Kendall Clatt recorded her first collegiate points after hitting a 3-pointer.
 
Bearcat women's basketball is back in action for their first home matchup against Doane in an exhibition contest. Tip is set for 6 p.m. in Bearcat Arena.
