TAHLEQUAH, Oklahoma - The Cameron University men's tennis team snapped the Northwest Missouri State University's four-match win streak with a 4-3 triumph on Friday.
The Aggies took the doubles point with victories at No. 1 and No. 2 doubles. The No. 2 doubles match came down to a tiebreaker that was won by the Aggies.
Northwest posted singles wins from No. 1
Andrea Zamurri, No. 5
Martin Sanchez and No. 6
Agustin Velasco. Zamurri stayed perfect at the season at No. 1 singles and moved to 8-0.
The Bearcats will be in action Saturday at home at the Frank Grube Courts at the
Mark Rosewell Tennis Center. Northwest will match up against Harding University at 12 p.m.
