WARRENSBURG, Missouri - The No. 15-ranked Northwest Missouri State University volleyball team posted a 3-1 victory at No. 12-ranked Central Missouri on Saturday.
Northwest won by set scores of 25-17, 16-25, 25-22, 25-21. Northwest improves to 9-1 overall and 2-0 in MIAA play, while Central Missouri falls to 6-4 overall and 1-1 in league play.

Hallie Sidney tallied a match-high 21 kills, while sophomore
Hannah Koechl notched a career-high 26 digs. Sophomore
Bethany Elkins contributed with 11 kills and nine blocks.
For the match, Northwest hit .228 and UCM hit .145. The Bearcats started quickly by hitting .357 in the opening set and finished strong by hitting .361 in the fourth set.
NOTES: Northwest is 4-0 this season against ranked opponents ... Northwest tallied six service aces in the match.
