- The Northwest Missouri State University softball program came away with a tough fought split in Bentonville, Ark., on Friday against No. 12 Harding and Arkansas-Monticello.

Game Two Key Innings
- Kenney started the second by reaching on an error and went to third on Rawie's double. After a pair of groundouts, Brashear hit an RBI single to drive in two runs. Baderdeen singled to put two runners on for Maher who hit an RBI single to score Brashear to make it 3-1. Moses singled in Baderdeen for the fourth run of the inning and Weis' double to center drove in two more to make it 6-1 Bearcats.
- With one out in the third,
Karli Allen reached on an error and went to second on a Brashear single. Baderdeen loaded the bases with a walk. Maher singled in a run with a base hit to left to make it 7-1. After a pitching change, Moses hit a bases-clearing triple to right. Weis followed it up with a single to left to make it 11-1.

- Northwest will head back to Bentonville, Ark., next weekend. The Bearcats will face Illinois-Springfield and Henderson State on Friday, Feb. 16.
