Jackie Becker to make the score 24-22. Consecutive Lindenwood attack errors leveled the score at 24 before Becker and
Darcy Sunderman combined to block a Lady Lion attempt, giving the Bearcats a 25-24 advantage. Lindenwood earned a set point after scoring two straight points, but
Maddy Bruder threw down a kill on a pass from Sunderman to tie the score, 26-26. A kill from
Shelby Duren gave Northwest a second set point, but Lindenwood extended the match on the next point. Bruder gave the Bearcats a 29-27 first set victory two points later on a pass from
Megan Stilmock.
