KEY INFORMATION- Northwest finishes the season with a double-header sweep over Pittsburg State on Saturday afternoon
- The Bearcats won the first game, 11-2, and the second game, 8-2.
- This concludes the regular season for Northwest, who finish the year, 23-23, and 17-20 in MIAA action
- Pittsburg State also finished its season, going 18-32 overall and 13-27 in MIAA play.
GAME ONE KEY STATS-
Ryker Fox started game one and went the complete game, giving up just two earned runs with six strikeouts. It was his seventh win of the year.

Jon Pomatto was 3-for-4 in game one with a triple, two RBI and a run scored.

Steven Garber and
Ryan Abernathy each went 2-for-3 with a double and two runs scored. Garber had two RBI for the Bearcats.

Blake Hardegree was 2-for-4 with two RBI and a run scored.

Austin Wulff went 2-for-3 with three runs and an RBI

Brandon Huske had a pair of RBI for the Bearcats.
GAME ONE KEY INNING- Northwest closed out the game with a six-run sixth inning. Garber walked with the bases loaded. Abernathy scored on a wild pitch. Pomatto singled in a run. Hardegree singled in a run and Huske singled in two runs.
GAME TWO KEY STATS- Every Northwest batter recorded a hit on the afternoon
- Northwest outhit the Gorillas, 14-4.
- Abernathy and Huske each went 3-for-5 on the day. Abernathy had two RBI and two runs scored.

Garrett Fort was 2-for-3 with three RBI and a run scored.

Alex Singleton was 1-for-5 with two runs scored.

Daulton Perry went 6.0 innings for the win with two strikeouts, one walk and no earned runs.

Jon Pomatto pitched the final three innings, allowing ony one earned run.
GAME TWO KEY INNING- Northwest scored six truns in the seventh inning to secure the victory. Singleton doubled to lead off and scored on an Abernathy single. Fort hit a bases loaded double to score Pomatto, Garber and Abernthy. Zach Fererria singled to drive in Fort and scored on a single by Zach Douglas.
