Bearcats come up short in Quincy

Key Sequence
- Eight minutes into the game, Ariel Easton hit a jumper to give the Bearcats an 11-9 lead. After the Lady Hawks hit two free throws, Alexandria Blaurock added a free throw of her own. A turn-around layup by Shelby Mustain gave Northwest a 14-11 advantage after a pass from Taylor Shull. Mustain added a free throw one minute later to extend the lead to 15-11. After Tanya Meyer hit a mid-range jumper, she added two free throws on the next possession, making the score 19-18 in favor of the Bearcats. Quincy hit a three-pointer on the other end and held onto the lead for the rest of the game.

- The Bearcats will wrap up their non-conference schedule when they host Missouri Valley on Wednesday (Dec. 17). The game is scheduled to begin at 6 p.m. in Bearcat Arena.
