Ashley Cole scored in the 16th minute after collecting the rebound on a shot from teammate
Cassidy Holtman. Holtman's ball struck the post and Cole cleaned up the open net rebound for her second goal of the season.
- Cole struck again in the 18th minute to give Northwest a 2-0 lead.
Elizabeth Lee took a corner kick and found Cole for her second goal of the game and her third of the season.
- Northwest and Missouri Southern each had 12 shots. The Bearcats had three shots on goal and the Lions had seven.

- The Lions held a 5-1 advantage in corner kicks.
- The Bearcats were whistled for 11 fouls compared to five for Missouri Southern.

Up Next- The Bearcats will head to Bolivar, Mo., to take on Southwest Baptist at 4 p.m. on Monday afternoon. The match was originally scheduled for last Thursday but moved due to weather concerns.
