Soccer drops home match to Lindenwood

Story Highlights
- The Northwest Missouri State soccer team was defeated by Lindenwood, 1-0, Friday in Maryville, Mo.
- The result moves the Bearcats to 6-8-1 on the season and 3-7-1 in the MIAA. The Lions are now 6-6-3 and 5-4-2 in the conference.

- Elizabeth Lee took four corner kicks for the Bearcats, all in the first half. Lindenwood took five in the match.
- Ashley Malloy made eight saves in the match, six occurring in the first period.
- Northwest took a total of five shots in the match, compared to 13 for the Lions.
- Sara Worsfold had two shots in the first period saved by the Lindenwood keeper.
