Jackie Sher joined the Northwest Missouri State University sports medicine staff in July 2019. She is an assistant athletic trainer working directly with the Bearcat cross country/track and field teams.
Sher comes to Northwest having served as a graduate employee athletic trainer at the University of Oregon.
Sher worked with the Ducks football, track & field and club sports programs in her time in Eugene, Oregon, beginning in Sept. 2017.
Sher worked as a summer 2016 intern with the National Football League’s New York Giants.
She earned her undergraduate degree in athletic training from the University of Missouri in 2017. She posted her master’s degree in human physiology from Oregon in 2019.
A native of La Grange, Illinois, she resides in Maryville.
