2006-07

Indoor: Earned All-MIAA honors after placing third in the long jump at the MIAA championships ... reached a distance of 17-feet-6.75-inches in the event ... was also a member of Northwest's all-MIAA 4x440-yard relay team, which placed third

Outdoor: Earned All-America honors after placing sixth in the heptathlon at the NCAA national championships ... finished with a program-record 4,839 points ... set personal bests in the shot put (35-feet-0.5-inches) and the 800-meter run (2:22.25) ... earned All-MIAA honors and was the conference runner-up in the heptathlon at the MIAA championship meet ... finished with 4,793 points ... also at the MIAAs, placed fourth in the long jump, eighth in the 100-meter hurdles, 12th in the 100-meter dash and was a member of Northwest's All-MIAA 1,600-meter relay team, which placed second ... set personal-best marks in nine events during the season

2005-06

Outdoor: Competed unattached as a redshirt ... finished second in the heptathlon at Northwest Centennial College Open-Events, taking second in the 100-meter hurdles, shot put and long jump in the process ... took fourth at Emporia State Open-Events, finishing first in the 200-meter dash

2004-05

Indoor: Placed fourth in the long jump and 55-meter hurdles at the Graceland Invitational ... earned a 14th-place finish in the long jump at the MIAA championships

Outdoor: Placed third in the MIAA Championships in the hepthatlon, totaling 4,136 points ... placed third in the javelin throw and 11th in the 100-meter hurdles at the Louisiana Classic ... finished ninth in the long jump at the MIAA championships, reaching 17-feet-4.5-inches

2003-04

Outdoor: Recorded a fifth-place finish in the heptathlon at the MIAA championships ... finished ninth in the long jump with a leap of 17-feet-1.25-inches

Four-time all-state performer ... second in the long jump at the state track meet ... earned medals at the state track meet in three relay events
