David Nilges ran a season best 33:11.68 at the Washington University Invite (3/28) in the 10,000m run … He ran a season best 15:34.90 at the UCMO Mule Relays (4/18) in the 5,000m run

Indoor: Recorded a career best time in the mile run with a time of 4:33.79 at the UCM Mule Relays (1/29) where he placed ninth… Outdoor: Recorded a career best time of 9:01.88 at the MIAA Outdoor Championships (2/25-27)

Placed eighth in the 3200-meter run and tenth in the 1600-meter run at the state meet in 2010... placed the third in the 1600-meter run and second in the 3200-meter run at the sectional meet in 2010... also in 2010 was district champion in the 3200-meter run and was the runner-up in the 1600-meter run... also ran cross country and qualified for the state meet in 2009
