High School
Graduated in 2018 from Roland-Story High School located in Story City, IA. She played 3^rd and catcher under Head Coach Amber Doyle and led the Norsemen to three playoffs. She excelled in other sports as well earning All-Conference Honorable Mention in volleyball, and 2^nd Team All-Conference twice, and earned the Leadership Award in basketball while being the Team Captain in both. Her academic accolades matched her athletic ones as she earned Academic All-Conference, Academic All-State in both basketball and volleyball. She was also a member of National Honor Society, a Physics Bowl Champion, Honor Roll, and received the Roland-Story Challenge Award.

Born in Racine, Wis. on October 13, 1999 and raised in Roland, Iowa… Daughter of Brad and Jodi Friest… Has to brothers, Michael (21) and Mason (14)… Majoring in Pre-Vet/Biology and minoring in Chemistry… Plans after graduation include going to veterinary school at Iowa State and then opening her own veterinary clinic… Hobbies include softball, basketball, music, and watching movies.
