MIAA Scholar-Athlete ... played in all 30 matches with 29 starts ... saw action in 102 sets ... led the MIAA in assists per set (11.49) ... ranked second on the team with 33 service aces ... secured 52 kills and 50 blocks on the season ... posted 15 double-doubles ... notched four matches of 50 or more assists ... tallied a career-high 67 assists and a career-high 20 digs at nationally-ranked Nebraska-Kearney (11/3) ... Ahrens averaged 12.25 assists and 3.12 digs as Northwest went five sets vs. No. 19 Central Oklahoma and defeated Pittsburg State in three sets to earn MIAA Specialist of the Week ... Ahrens had 61 assists, 14 digs, three kills and a block against Central Oklahoma. Ahrens added 37 assists, 11 digs, four kills, a block and a service ace in the three-game sweep of the Gorillas on Saturday ... Ahrens directed the Bearcats to road wins over Emporia State and No. 9-ranked Washburn to earn MIAA Specialist of the Week honors ..  Ahrens averaged 13.00 assists and 3.83 digs as Northwest played only six sets in two victories ... Ahrens dished out 40 assists and added 10 digs with three service aces and three kills in a 3-0 win against Emporia State ... she came back on Saturday night and produced another double-double with 38 assists and 13 digs in a 3-0 sweep of previously undefeated Washburn.  

2017
Appeared in 25 matches and 81 total sets ... had 410 assists with 117 digs, 27 service aces and four kills ... recorded 19 matches with double-digit assist totals ... had two double-digit dig performances ... season-high 33 assists against Missouri Southern (11/4) and Fort Hays State (11/11) ... had 13 digs at Central Missouri (11/14) ... had four service aces with 11 assists and five digs against Southwest Baptist (9/29) ... had three service aces against Washburn (10/20), Central Missouri (10/27), Lindenwood (10/28) and at Missouri Southern (11/4).

Appleton North High School
Ahrens was an honorable mention all-state performer at Appleton North HS ... finished the 2016 season with 1,013 assists and was a unanimous All-Fox Valley Association first team selection ... during her junior year, she helped lead the team to a state semi-final appearance ... in 2016, Ahrens helped Appleton North to a conference title and a state quarterfinal appearance ... a member of National Honor Society and has earned Academic High Honors.
