Was a starting receiver before becoming an all-state quarterback in his junior and senior seasons ... had 125 yards receiving and two touchdowns in the 2006 championship game to lead Blair Oaks to the Class 2 title ... passed for 1,981 yards and 24 touchdowns during the regular season of 2008 ... added another 1,183 yards and 21 touchdowns rushing where he averaged 7.8 yards per carry ... first-team all-state in 2007 (allpurpose) and 2008 (quarterback) ... was named the 2007 Class 2 Defensive Player of the Year
