Tucker Peve is in his ninth year with the Northwest Missouri State Equipment Department.
Peve was named the Director of Equipment Operations for the Northwest Missouri State University Department of Athletics in 2018.
Peve is responsible for properly outfitting football players with the safest and most advanced equipment, as well as ordering and maintaining all of the Bearcat football team's equipment and sideline apparel.

Tucker served as a student manager for Northwest (2013-2017) and the graduate assistant equipment manager (2018) before being named Director of Equipment Operations in 2018.

Outside of Northwest Missouri State, Tucker is going into his seventh season as a part-time Equipment Assistant for the Kansas City Chiefs. In 2016 and 2017, he was also a part of the NFL Pro Bowl equipment staff.

Additionally, Peve has interned for the Baltimore Ravens and served as an equipment manager for the USA Football International Bowl.

He is a 2017 and 2018 graduate of Northwest Missouri State. He earned his undergraduate degree in business management and his master’s degree in applied health and sport science.

Peve is an active member within the Athletic Equipment Managers Association. He has been certified since 2016 and serves as the chairperson for the Division II Equipment Manager of the Year award along with leading the Division II breakout sessions at the annual convention.

Peve is from Lee's Summit, Mo. His parents are Brian and Jeanne Peve. His mother is a Northwest alum.
