Joe Fredrickson is an assistant strength and conditioning coordinator for the Bearcat athletic department.

Fredrickson joined the staff in August 2024 after serving as an intern for the department over the summer.

He was a strength and conditioning coordinator at Lee's Summit West High School from May 2021 to October 2022.

Fredrickson gained his undergraduate degree in kinesiology (exercise science) from the University of Central Missouri in May 2024. He is working toward a master's degree in applied health and exercise science at Northwest.
