Cross Country: Competed in seven events ... best finish was at the Tiger Open hosted by Fort Hays State, where he finished in 26:07.60 (10/18) ... listed on the MIAA Academic Honor Roll.

Indoor: Ran in four events for Northwest ... best finish came at the MIAA Conference Championships where he completed the 3000 meter run in 9:10.99.

Outdoor: Ran the steeplechase in four events for the Bearcats ... placed seventh in the MIAA Outdoor Championships with a time of 9:42.98.

2013-14
Cross Country: Competed in four races ... ran the eight kilometer course at the Fort Hays State Open in 25:39.2 (10/12) ... posted a time of 33:33.1 at the ten kilometer NCAA Central Region Championships (11/9).

Indoor: Appeared in five meets ... posted a top time of 8:51.01 at the Nebraska Tune-Up (2/21) ... ran the mile in 4:34.95 at the Concorida Classic (2/1).

Outdoor: Participated in six events ... finished sixth at the MIAA Outdoor Championships with a time of 9:31.14 in the steeplechase (5/3) ... ran the 1500m in 4:16.15 at the Missouri Relays (4/12).

2012-13
Cross Country: Ran in four events through the fall ... top eight kilometer time of 25:40.1 came at the Fort Hays State Open (10/6) ... ran the ten kilometer course at the NCAA Central Region Championships in 33:08.8 (11/3).

Indoor: Appeared in four events ... posted a time of 15:51.60 in the 5000m run at the MIAA Indoor Championships (2/24) ... ran the 3000m in 9:18.24 at the Holiday Inn Invitational (1/12).

Outdoor: Ran the steeplechase six times ... top time of 9:35 came at the Dr. Keeler Track & Field Meet (5/10).

2011-12
Indoor: Competed in five events ... ran the 5000m in 15:38.69 at the MIAA Indoor Championships (2/25) ... completed the 3000m run in 9:00.33 at the Concordia Indoor Invite (2/11).

Outdoor: Ran the steeplechase at four meets ... season-best time of 9:55.61 came at the MIAA Outdoor Championships (5/5).

Norwalk HS
Finished fourth at the 2011 state meet in the 3200-meter run ... four-year letter winner in cross country and track ... was also a captain of both cross country and track teams ... earned three varsity letters for basketball ... member of National Honor Society.
