Medical Coverage
The Athletic Training Room will be open approximately one and one-half hours prior to an event. The Athletic Training Room is located in the lower level of Lamkin Activity Center. At least one Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) will be in attendance at all home events. During the football season, Northwest's team physicians consisting of two family practitioners and an orthopedic surgeon will be in attendance. The Medical Consultants will be on-call for all other home events. We will have all emergency supplies, such as AED, vacuum splints and crutches on the home sideline/bench as well. An ambulance will be present at all football games.
