McElhose was a three-year varsity starter and has been a two-year captain as midfielder for the Black Raiders … she was a two-time all-Conference selection and scored an exciting game winning goal in the regional championship to send Sioux City East to the state tournament under Head Coach Ashley Hage … she was also a two-time all-Conference runner in cross country and an individual state qualifier as a junior … played club for Gateway City and Coaches Shane Tymkowicz and Gabe Wortman
