ST. JOSEPH, MO. – The Northwest Missouri State cross country teams got their seasons started at the Griffon Twilight hosted by Missouri Western State University on the Griffon Cross Country Course. 
 
Bearcat Women's 5K
In the women's 5K run, Northwest occupied four of the top five spots with Bree Mauro (19:54.70), Shelby Harris (20:08.40), Chloe Heckman (20:20.20), and Ava Campbell (20:38.30) finishing first, second, third, and fourth respectively.
