Bearcat Football All You Need to Know: Missouri Southern

MARYVILLE, Mo. - It will mark Family Weekend on the Northwest Missouri State University campus and on Saturday the Bearcat football team will play host to the Missouri Southern Lions.

Kickoff is set for 1:30 p.m. at Bearcat Stadium. For a schedule of Family Weekend events click here.

Tailgate lots will be open four hours prior to kickoff. Fans can purchase single-game parking passes for tailgate lots 60 ($50 season pass plus fees) and 62 for $10 (plus fees).

The Northwest Missouri State University department of athletics would like to encourage fans to enjoy the game-day experience at Bearcat Stadium.

All tailgating activities and consumption of alcohol shall cease at kickoff. Northwest will serve alcohol at Bearcat Stadium in 2026. Bearcat Stadium is a cashless venue.

Ticket and Weather Information
Tickets for Saturday's game can be purchased online HERE. You can also purchase your ticket at the gate on game day. 

On Saturday, the box office will open at 11 a.m. Stadium gates will open at 12 p.m.

Bleed Green Day of Giving - October 1
The annual Bleed Green Athletic Day of Giving to support Northwest Missouri State University Athletics is set for Oct. 1.

This giving day event is the biggest opportunity for alumni, fans, families and others to support Bearcat sport programs and athletes, transforming the student-athlete experience.

Parking and Tailgating Information
Fans traveling to the game will have lots 60 ($50 season) and 62 ($10 each game) available for parking.

Fans can also enjoy the tailgate area inside the College Park Pavilion.

M Club Hall of Fame Tickets Available
The annual M-Club Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony is at 6:30 p.m. Friday, Oct. 30, in the J.W. Jones Student Union Ballroom.

The Class of 2026's individual inductees include early age inductee John Coffey (Bearcat Radio) along with modern age inductees Trevor Adams (Football), Maddy Bruder (Volleyball), Ben McCollum (Men's Basketball Coach), Justin Pitts (Men's Basketball) and Kim Spriggs (Women's Track & Field). The 2016-17 men's basketball team captured the program's first NCAA Division II national championship with a 35-1 overall record. The season included MIAA regular season and tournament titles.
