Bearcat baseball locked in at No. 29 in latest ABCA Coaches Poll

The Northwest Missouri State University baseball team is ranked No. 29 for the second consecutive week in the ABCA Coaches Poll.

The Bearcats went 1-1 at the MIAA Tournament with a win over No. 30-ranked Central Missouri and a loss to No. 5-ranked Pittsburg State.

Northwest (36-16 overall) will compete in the 2026 NCAA Central Region Tournament beginning Thursday against Augustana in Pittsburg, Kan.

The Bearcats are 6-5 vs. ranked opponents this season, including a three-game sweep of then No. 2-ranked Pittsburg State.
