SPRINGFIELD, Mo. - The No. 17-ranked Washburn Ichabods recorded a 4-1 dual victory over the No. 49-ranked Northwest Missouri State University men's tennis team in the semifinals of the MIAA/GAC Tournament held at the Cooper Tennis Complex.
The Ichabods captured the doubles point with wins at No. 1 and No. 2 doubles.

Antonin Leborne delivered a 6-0, 6-2 win at No. 6 singles vs. Washburn's Moritz Peiper for the Bearcats's lone win of the day.

Pavlo Vysotin at No. 2 singles and
Konstantin Feiel at No. 3 singles were in the midst of three-set matches when the Ichabods closed out the 4-1 dual triumph.
Bernardo Henriques came up short in three sets at No. 4 singles vs. Washburn's Nino Nahirniak, 3-6, 6-1, 6-2.
Washburn is 17-5 overall and Northwest is 12-9.
