The Northwest Missouri State University outdoor track and field squads wrapped up the final day of the Bryan Clay Invitational with elite performances and new provisional times.

Aziz Mohammed captured first place in the 1,500-Meter Run Invite with a school-record time of 3:38.68. Mohammed's time ranks as the No. 1 time in NCAA Div. II this season. Maxime Touron put up the second-best time in school history at 3:42.37 as he placed 27th in the competition. Touron's time ranks No. 12 in the nation. Riley Witt tallied an NCAA provisional qualifying time of 3:44.12 in the 1,500 meters.
 
In the men's 400-meter hurdles, Danny Jantzen rewrote the Northwest record books by clocking a school-record and a new provisional time to finish fourth overall.
 
Kendall Tietjen headlined the women's hurdles for the Bearcats, taking home a first-place finish among Division II athletes and moved into the No. 2 spot on the Northwest all-time list.
 
Bryan Clay Invitational Results – Day 3
(M) 400-meter Dash: Junior Christian Lanphier set a new personal best with a time of 48.37 while earning 33rd overall and 10th among Div. II athletes. 
 
(W) 400-meter Dash: Sophomore Marie Dea crossed the finish line with a Division II provisional time of 55.37, claiming 23rd overall and ninth out of Div. II runners—earning the new ninth-fastest time in school history. Jadyn Barnes placed 31st overall and 12th among Div. II competitors with a time of 55.68. Both Dea and Barnes set new personal bests.  
 
(M) 400-meter Hurdles: Danny Jantzen broke the school record in the men's 400-meter hurdles with a new provisional time of 51.51, capturing fourth overall. Aiden O'Leary broke into the school record books at No. 8 for fastest 400-meter hurdles with a provisional time of 52.93. Jantzen and O'Leary placed third and ninth in the event among Div. II competitors and set new personal records. 
 
(W) 400-meter Hurdles: Senior Kendall Tietjen captured a runner-up finish overall and a first-place finish among Div. II athletes in the event with a provisional time of 59.71. Tietjen's time gives her a new personal best and the second-fastest time in Northwest school history.
 
(M) 1500-meter Open: Barnabe Gabillet placed 119th overall and 11th among Div. II competitors with a time of 3:51.85. Grayson Tapp placed 143th overall and 12th among Div. II runners with a time of 3:54.54. Charlie Kinslow earned a time of 3:59.24 and secured 151st in the event and 20th among Div. II athletes. 
 
(M) 1500-meter Invite: Senior Aziz Mohammed captured the event crown overall with a new school record and provisional time of 3:38.68. Maxime Touron earned a new Div. II provisional time of 3:42.37, giving him 27th overall and fourth among Div. II competitors – earning the second-fastest time in school history. Riley Witt placed 54th overall and ninth among Div. II runners with a provisional time of 3:44.12.
 
(W) 1500-meter Open: Senior Lydia McGlocklin earned a time of 4:40.83 and secured 155th and 19th among Division II competitors. 

Leopard Invitational Results
Northwest hurdlers ran in the Friday, April 17, Leopard Invitational meet in La Verne, Calif.
 
(M) 400-meter Hurdles: Danny Jantzen captured the event crown with a Division II provisional time of 52.35. Aiden O'Leary earned a time of 52.89 and placed second overall. 
 
(W) 400-meter Hurdles: Senior Kendall Tietjen crossed the finish line with a time of 1:00.20, placing second overall, and first among Div. II competitors.

Northwest will send athletes to compete in the Kip Janvrin Open and the Hornet Invite in Indianola, Iowa and Emporia, Kan. in the final meets before the MIAA conference championship meet.
