Kennedi Cline collected her second consecutive MIAA Female Track Athlete of the Week award.
Cline (Olathe, Kan./Olathe West HS) put up the nation's top time in the 200 meters and the fourth-best mark in the 400 meters at the Rumble in the Jungle held in Pittsburg Kan., on Friday, Jan. 23. Cline placed first in both events at the Rumble in the Jungle.
Cline's mark of 24.10 in the 200 meters is the nation's best mark in the 2025-26 indoor season. It ranks as the fourth-best time in Bearcat school history.
Cline notched a 54.38 in the 400 meters to claim the nation's fourth-best time this year. It ranks as the sixth-best time in Bearcat school history.
She has produced three NCAA Div. II provisional this year in the 200, 400 and 4x400 relay.
