Six members of the Northwest Missouri State University baseball team have been selected to take part in the 2025 Ban Johnson Collegiate League All-Star Game set for Wednesday, Aug. 6, at 7 p.m., at Kauffman Stadium in Kansas City, Mo.

A trio of Bearcats earned their second all-star game this year in
Ashton Neuman,
Brody Hufft and
Chester Brooks. Three Northwest players will be making their first all-star appearance in
Nick Brubeck,
Noah Williams and
Sam Wornson.

Since 1969, the Kansas City Royals have hosted the Ban Johnson Collegiate League's top players for an annual All-Star Game.Â

When: Wednesday, Aug. 6 at 7 p.m.
Where: Kauffman Stadium, Kansas City, Mo. Admission and parking are free.
The All-Star Game MVP will be selected following the game. The MVP will throw out the ceremonial first pitch at the Nationals vs. Royals game on Aug. 11.

Ban Johnson is Kansas City's summer collegiate baseball league. Founded in 1927, the league features area college players on twelve teams that play at Creekside Baseball Complex in Parkville, Mo. A highlight of each season is the annual All-Star Game hosted by the Royals at Kauffman Stadium. David Cone, Rick Sutcliffe and Blake Treinen are among Ban Johnson alums that progressed to outstanding MLB careers.
