PUEBLO, Colo. — Northwest Missouri State University senior sprinter
Tiffany Hughey capped her stellar career by becoming the most decorated outdoor women's track and field athlete for the Bearcats with her sixth and seventh All-America honors at the 2025 NCAA Division II Track & Field Outdoor Championships at the CSUP ThunderBowl.
Â
Hughey posted a fourth-place finish in the women's 400-meter dash and then she capped the afternoon with a runner-up finish in the women's 4x400-meter relay. Hughey's seven outdoor All-America accolades pushed her passed
Luisarys Toledo's previous Bearcat best of six All-America honors.
Â
The Bearcat women secured 13 team points and tied for 19th in the team standings. It marks the eighth time the Bearcat women have landed a top-20 team finish – and it's the fourth time in the last five years they have finished in the top 20. The Northwest men tied for 27th overall with eight team points.
