WICHITA FALLS, Texas - The No. 5-ranked UT Tyler men's tennis team scored a 4-1 win over the Northwest Missouri State Bearcats in a non-conference neutral site match on Saturday.

Northwest's Dominik Wijntjes scored a three-set win at No. 1 singles over UT Tyler's No. 4-ranked Carel Wessel. Wijntjes topped Wessel by the count of 6-0, 6-7 (3-7), 6-3 to topple the nation's fourth-ranked men's tennis competitor.

The Bearcats are 3-4 on the season.
