The 2024-25 Academic All-District® Women's Basketball teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the court and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes women's basketball honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA.
The Northwest Missouri State University women's basketball team landed four members on the Academic All-District squad.

Molly Hartnett,
Lindsey Kelderman and
Caely Kesten were all named to the CSC Academic All-District team for their work in the classroom.
Fields (Creston, Iowa) has a 3.91 GPA in elementary education. Fields led the Bearcats in rebounding (244 - 8.1 rpg) and avearged 9.3 points per game in 2024-25. She completed her Bearcat career ranked No. 2 in program history in total rebounds (905). She also blocked 63 shots to rank No. 10 in school history.
Hartnett (Overland Park, Kan.) has a 4.00 GPA in special education and is working toward her master's in education leadership (K-12). Hartnett was a five-time all-MIAA pick in her collegiate career. She ranked No. 2 in Bearcat history in scoring (1,794 points) and No. 5 in assists (434).
Kelderman (Waukee, Iowa) has a 4.00 GPA in applied health: exercise science. Kelderman ranks No. 10 on the all-time Bearcat three-pointers made chart (128). She played in all 30 games this season and drew 17 starts. Kelderman averaged 6.4 points per game and buried 48 three-pointers.
Kesten (Denver, Colo.) has a 4.00 GPA in applied health: sport sciences. Kesten notched second-team all-MIAA honors in 2024-25 as she led the team in scoring at 14.2 points per game. Kesten knocked in a team-best 73 three-pointers, which ranked as the fourth-best single-season total in program history. Kesten became the 30th member of the 1,000-point club at Northwest as she finished her career with 1,109 points.

Academic All-District® honorees were considered for advancement to the CSC Academic All-America® ballot.
Student-athletes selected as CSC Academic All-America® finalists are denoted with an asterisk (Molly Hartnett and Caely Kesten) and will advance to the national ballot to be voted on by CSC members. First-, second- and third-team Academic All-America® honorees will be announced April 16, 2025.
The Division II and III CSC Academic All-America® programs are partially financially supported by the NCAA Division II and III national governance structures to assist CSC with handling the awards fulfillment aspects for the 2024-25 Divisions II and III Academic All-America® programs. The NAIA CSC Academic All-America® program is partially financially supported through the NAIA governance structure.
