SCOUTING THE BRONCHOS
UCO (5-16, 4-8 MIAA) saw a split last week with Newman (W, 66-44) and Emporia State (L, 60-58). The win against the Jets snapped a six-game skid. Seniors Korie Allensworth (13.0 PPG) and LaKysia Johnson (12.0 PPG) control most of the scoring for the Bronchos' offense. Allensworth scored a 27-point outing against Missouri Southern on Dec. 8, 2024. Junior Talia Pogi has knocked in a team-high 38 three-pointers

ALL-TIME SERIES WITH THE BRONCHOS
Northwest leads the all-time series, 10-8. The Bearcats claimed a 77-72 victory last season in Edmond, 77-72, boasting a 6-4 record inside the Hamiliton Field House. The last time UCO beat Northwest on its home court was Feb. 28, 2017.

SCOUTING THE HILLCATS
RSU (7-14, 1-11 MIAA), in the midst of a eight-game losing streak, faces Missouri Western on Thursday before Saturday's contest. Junior forward Ella Hafer is one of two Hillcats to start all 21 games this season, averaging a team-best 13.2 PPG and 7.6 rebounds. Hafer converts on 44.9% of her shots from the floor.

ALL-TIME SERIES WITH THE HILLCATS
Northwest has secured all nine wins against Rogers State (9-0 all time). In the two teams' last matchup, the Bearcats tallied a 59-41 win inside Bearcat Arena.

MAKE IT NINE GAMES FOR CK
Graduate guard Caely Kesten has been on a tear during this nine-game stretch, scoring in double digits in every game. Since the Jan. 2 matchup against Fort Hays State, Kesten has been averaging 17.0 points per game.

TOUGHEST SCHEDULE IN THE COUNTRY
Northwest faces the nation's toughest schedule, squaring off against six teams ranked in the latest WBCA Top 25. The Bearcats have already defeated two top-10 opponents this season, with more opportunities ahead. Central Oklahoma follows closely behind with the third-toughest schedule in the country.

MEYER IN OKLAHOMA
Over seven seasons, head coach Austin Meyer has compiled an impressive 11-2 record in the state of Oklahoma. Meyer's only losses came at Northeastern State in 2020 and in last season's NCAA Tournament opener against Fort Hays State.

OUT-REBOUNDING THE OPPOSITION
Northwest out-rebounded UCM 28-to-24, boasting a perfect 8-0 record this season when out-rebounding opposing teams.

KESTEN HAS THE GREEN LIGHT
Caely Kesten ranks third in the nation with a blistering 47.9% shooting percentage from beyond the arc - leading the MIAA. Kesten has tallied the league's second-most three-pointers with 56 this season, No. 17 in Div. II.

HARTNETT SCRATCHES NEW CAREER-HIGH IN KEARNEY
Graduate guard Molly Hartnett posted a career-high 28 points in a 71-64 loss to Nebraska-Kearney last Thursday. Hartnett shot 8-of-14 from the field and an impressive 10-of-11 from the free-throw line during her 35 minutes on the court. She has now recorded double-digit scoring performances in four consecutive games.

Hartnett matched her career-high 28 points on 11-of-18 shooting from the floor and perfect from the charity stripe (4-of-4), in a win against Central Missouri on Jan. 25. Hartnett has matched this career-high performance in the Bearcats' last two contests.

MAAS COLLECTS DOUBLE-DOUBLE VS. GRACELAND
True freshman forward Sadie Maas played a pivotal role in Northwest's win over Graceland, posting a 12-point, 11-rebound double-double in a 85-54 victory.

Maas is the first freshman to record a double-double since her current teammate, Kelsey Fields, accomplished it in 2022 with 10 points and 10 rebounds against Lincoln.

'CATS SHOOT LIGHTS OUT VS. UCM
Northwest shot a blistering 54.7% from the floor - new season-high - during last Saturday's (Jan. 25) matchup against Central Missouri. Along with the field goal percentage, the Bearcats converted on 42.9% from deep and only missed one free throw (11-of-12).
