The Northwest Missouri State University women's and men's tennis squads will square off Thursday against the Augustana Vikings in Sioux Falls, S.D.

The Bearcat men (1-0 overall) will begin at 9 a.m. vs. Augustana (3-1 overal). The No. 23-ranked Bearcat women (1-0 overall) against the No. 17-ranked Vikings (3-1 overall) will follow the men's matches. The matches will take place indoors at Huether Match Pointe in Sioux Falls.

The Bearcat men are 7-0 all-time vs. Augustana, including dual wins in each of the past four seasons.

The Northwest women and Augie women have met 12 times with each program securing six wins. Northwest defeated Augie last season twice, including a 4-1 victory in the first round of the 2024 NCAA Div. II Tournament.


The Northwest tennis squads each produced dual wins at William Jewell to begin their spring seasons last week.
