The Northwest Missouri State University women's soccer team is officially No. 10 in the most recent NCAA Division II Central Region listed for consideration to the NCAA Tournament.

Eight teams from the Central Region will be selected to compete in the Central Regional of the NCAA Tournament following the conclusion of conference tournaments. The region consists of teams from the Mid-America Intercollegiate Athletics Association, Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference, and Great American Conference. Champions from each of the three conference tournaments within the region will receive automatic bids to the NCAA Tournament.

The Bearcats are 10-6-1 on the season and 7-4-1 in conference. After today's loss against Missouri Western, the Bearcats will be away for the first round of the MIAA tournament on Sunday, Nov. 9. The MIAA will release the full tournament bracket later this evening.
