The Northwest Missouri State University women's and men's tennis teams each ended the season in the Intercollegiate Tennis Association's final team rankings.
The Bearcat women came in at No. 22 in the final ITA NCAA Div. II women's team rankings. Northwest posted a mark of 22-5 overall. The 22 victories tied for the third-most in program history. The 1997 team won 23 matches and the 2008 squad captured 23 wins. The 22-win season this year was also matched by the 1992 Bearcat team. The women were ranked No. 4 in the final ITA Central Region rankings.
The Bearcat women did not have a singles or doubles player ranked in the national rankings. However, a trio of Bearcat found themselves in the final Central Region rankings.
Carolina Oliveira came in at No. 15 in singles.
Tessa Kwakernaak was listed at No. 19 in the region's singles rankings. The doubles duo of
Sofia Pignataro and Oliveira were tabbed at No. 5 in the Central Region doubles rankings.
The Northwest men completed the season ranked No. 49 in the ITA NCAA Div. II men's team rankings. The Bearcats went 13-7 overall, which included a 7-2 mark at home. The men were ranked No. 6 in the final ITA Central Region rankings.

Andrea Zamurri gained a No. 22 national singles ranking. Zamurri paired up with
Vini Rodrigues to earn a No. 40 national doubles ranking. Zamurri was listed at No. 4 in the Central Region singles rankings. Zamurri and Rodrigues came in at No. 8 in the Central Region doubles rankings.
Bearcat head coach
Mark Rosewell completed his 40th season at the helm of the tennis programs with a record of 1,239-586 at Northwest. Overall, Rosewell has tallied a coaching record of 1,261-613.
