The Northwest Missouri State track and field teams competed in the 2024 Graduate Classic, held by the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Four different Bearcats claimed a first-place finish, along with two school records.
1000m (W) -
Whitney Post started the morning with a first-place finish in the women's 1000m run with a time of 2:59.53. Post's time is a new school record in the event.
1000m (M) - Sophomore
Maxime Touron claimed a first-place finish in the men's 1000-meter run with a time of 2:25.31. Touron's time also posts a new school record. Freshman
Grayson Tapp finished fourth with a time of 2:36.49.
Mile (W) - In the women's mile,
Lydia McGlocklin claimed a fourth-place finish with a time of 5:03.60.
Mile (M) -
Riley Witt (4:11.71) and
Nate Mueller (4:14.81) finished one and two in the mile run.
Charlie Kinslow finished in 4:20.51, claiming an eighth-place finish.
3000m (W) -
Alyna Thibault kept the Bearcats morning going with a first-place finish in the 3000m Thibaults time is a new personal record in the event.
3000m (M) - Junior
Brandon Mundorf finished in eighth place with a time of 8:50.76.
