BARTLESVILLE, Ok. - The Northwest Missouri State women's golf team continued its fall season Monday at the Central Region Preview played at Hilcrest Country Club.

Paige Hoffman led the charge for the Bearcats tallying an opening round 71 (-1) and is currently tied for second with 18-holes to play. Hoffman has now carded six rounds at par or better in her Bearcat career. 

Hoffman carded three birdies, 13 pars and two bogey's en route to her one under 71. Hoffman was two under on par four holes today and was first against the field in that category playing them at a scoring average of 3.80.

Madilyne Schlaepfer fired an opening round 78 (+6) and is currently tied for 35th.

Elly Speece is tied for 43rd after an opening round 79 (+7).

Northwest as a squad is currently tied for tenth after an opening round 312.
