Northwest Missouri State University junior women's soccer player Adell Gore has been named the MIAA Women's Soccer Offensive Athlete of the Week.

Gore (Bonner Springs, Kan./Basehor-Linwood HS) netted the game-winning goal in a 2-1 win over No. 15-ranked Augustana and added another goal and two assists in a 4-0 triumph over Sioux Falls.

Gore broke a 1-1 tie with Augustana on Friday with an unassisted goal with 58:42 into the match.

On Sunday, she assisted on Northwest's two first-half goals and then found the back of the net shortly into the second half to give the Bearcats a 3-0 lead en route to a 4-0 victory.

On the weekend, Gore posted six points (2 goals, 2 assists) as the Bearcats moved to 2-1-1 on the year.
