KEARNEY, Neb. – The Northwest Missouri State track and field team competed at the Loper Last Chance Qualifier meet Saturday afternoon in Kearney, Neb.

Jaedy Commins placed first in the women's 400 meter hurdles as she crossed the finish line in 1:02.74.

The men's 4x400 meter relay team of
Prince Griffin,
Gavyn Monday,
Danny Jantzen, and
R.J. Williams took second with a time of 3:10.15 which is now the third fastest time in program history.

Chloe Saenz finished second in the women's 400 meter dash with a time of 54.34 which is a personal best.

Blake Morgan tied for second in the men's high jump as he cleared a mark of 6' 11.50" (2.12m).

R.J. Williams earned a second place finish in the men's 400 meter dash as he clocked in at 47.70.
Federico Crisci took fifth as he recorded a time of 48.61.

Kaylee Harp placed third in the women's 800 meter run with a time of 2:12.59.

Lexie Gilbert finished third in the 200 meter dash clocking in at 24.97 and finished fourth in the women's 100 meter dash earning a time of 12.15.

Addison Long took fourth in the women's javelin throw with a mark of 128-07 (39.19m).

Dakota Schmidt finished fourth in the men's javelin throw as he threw a distance of 199-08 (60.87m).

In the men's 100 meter dash
Joel Dos Santos took fourth (10.47) and
Enrico Cavagna took fifth (10.54).

Kemuel Sloan finished fifth in the men's triple jump with a distance of 46' 11.75" (14.32m).
