SEWARD, Neb. – The Northwest Missouri State track and field squad took part in the Concordia Twilight meet Friday in Seward, Neb. Weather in the area caused a delay in the meet and the final events of the day were cancelled due to darkness on the track.

The women's 4x100 meter relay team of
Lexie Gilbert,
Tiffany Hughey,
Chloe Saenz and
Ally Hammond set a new school record in the event with a time of 45.58. As of this week, this is the 10
th fastest time in the nation and the quartet set a new stadium record. This is an NCAA Division II Provisional Qualifying time.

Jaedy Commins took first in the women's 400 meter hurdles as she recorded a time of 1:00.72, which is a stadium best and personal best. This is an NCAA Division II Provisional Qualifying time.

Blake Morgan earned a first place finish in the men's high jump as he cleared a mark of 6' 10.75" (2.10m). This is an NCAA Division II Provisional Qualifying mark.

In the men's 400 meter dash,
R.J. Williams and
Federico Crisci finished fourth and fifth respectively. Williams clocked in at 48.15 and Crisci clocked in at 48.93.
