Luisarys Toledo has captured this week's MIAA Women's Indoor Track & Field Athlete of the Week honor.

Toledo (Valencia, Valenzuela) took the title in the women's 800-meter dash setting a new school, meet and fieldhouse record with a time of 2:09.80 at the Bearcat Invite. Toledo owns the fourth-best time in the country in the women's 800m this season

She ran the second leg of the women's 4x400 meter relay at the Bearcat Invite that posted the nation's best time this season at 3:43.94. It also doubles as a Northwest school record.
